Logistics Fleet Management Platform

Challenge: A Melbourne-based logistics company was managing its fleet of 80+ vehicles using spreadsheets and phone calls, leading to missed deliveries and scheduling conflicts.

Approach: We built a real-time web application with live GPS tracking, automated dispatch scheduling, and driver mobile notifications. The system integrated with their existing accounting software for seamless invoicing.

Outcome: 35% reduction in missed deliveries within the first quarter. Dispatch time cut from hours to minutes. The platform now handles over 500 deliveries per day.

Retail Inventory & POS Integration

Approach: We designed a centralised inventory management system that integrated with each store's POS terminals via REST APIs. Automated stock alerts, inter-store transfer workflows, and consolidated reporting were built in from day one.

Outcome: Stock discrepancies reduced by 60%. Reordering is now automated based on real-time thresholds. Management has a single dashboard across all locations.
