I attend a weekly business networking meet with Ryan Tregea of Biztactix and his tagline is "if it plugs into a wall, it's our department" - today my wife and I experienced it first hand!
For three months now we've (my wife in particular!) had an issue with an usuable electric scooter and in particular a malfunctioning battery charger. Not sure why it took me so long to think "it plugs into a wall" Ryan can probably help? But today we gave him a call.

We went to Biztactix with productivity and organisational issues trying to find technology that would assist. They listened, they empathised, and they took into consideration our budget. We were recommended a suite of tech to help, at a pricepoint that worked for us. You wouldn't think having a team of 5 transition from Google to Office365 over night would be easy. Considering none of us have had ANY experience with MS products before... Biztactix was with us every step of the way, we felt bad asking so many questions but they kept answering.
